However, misalignment between business teams, technology developers, and regional stakeholders led to delays, unclear priorities, and conflicting expectations. The lack of a central product vision resulted in wasted effort and reduced confidence in the transformation program.

Product Vision & Roadmap
Defined a clear product vision that translated business goals into digital outcomes. Created a roadmap prioritizing initiatives based on value delivery rather than stakeholder hierarchy.
Stakeholder Alignment
Conducted cross-functional workshops with operations, compliance, technology, and regional business heads. Facilitated conversations to surface pain points, dependencies, and success criteria.
Requirements & Backlog Management
Consolidated fragmented requirements into a single, value-driven backlog with clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensured each backlog item linked directly to transformation goals.
Communication Hub
Acted as the single point of alignment between executives, business SMEs, and developers — reducing miscommunication and ensuring decisions were made based on shared priorities.
Outcome Ownership
