The client’s leadership team lacked a centralized view of revenue performance across entities and regions. Analysts tracked client interactions manually, leading to inefficiencies and missed insights. Decision-making was slowed down by siloed data and fragmented reporting processes.
My Role as Product Owner:
Product Vision: Defined the vision for a centralized revenue and client interaction dashboard (RHOME).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnered with sales leaders, analysts, and IT teams across multiple regions to understand their needs and pain points.
Backlog & Requirements: Translated business goals into a structured product backlog, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Alignment & Communication: Facilitated workshops to align stakeholders on the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business value.
Execution Oversight: Collaborated with development teams to ensure that sprints delivered high-value functionality with clear acceptance tests.
The Outcome:
Delivered a real-time visualization tool providing revenue by entity, analyst coverage, and client interactions.
Increased stakeholder confidence with accurate, consistent, and timely insights.
Reduced manual reporting effort by 40%, freeing analysts to focus on strategic activities.
